     PRIVACY AND SECURITY POLICY

Our Commitment to Your Privacy and Security

At Lanworth our customers' privacy and security are of the highest priority and the utmost importance. We know that your online business transactions with us must be safe and confidential. The particulars of when you deal with us, what you do with us, how you use us and why you chose us are private matters. While no system is foolproof, Lanworth has taken great care to establish a marketplace that is both open to everybody and private for everyone.

Privacy Policy

While the utility of our marketplace depends on the free flow of information and data, we clearly understand the concerns you naturally have about the privacy and confidentiality of your information, your data, and your transactions. We have established a privacy policy (the "Privacy Policy") to accommodate your concerns and believe you should be fully aware of the terms and conditions of that policy. The Privacy Policy discloses what information we gather, how we gather it, how we use it and how you can correct or change it.

I.  Information Gathered By Lanworth

Lanworth gathers two types of information about users. This information includes, without limitation: (i) data that users provide through optional, voluntary registration on our site, (ii) aggregated tracking information derived mainly by tallying page views throughout our site. Such information enables us to better tailor our service to our members' needs and helps us better understand the demographics of our audience.

Lanworth gathers information through the following means:

A.  Registration

Lanworth is a business-to-business marketplace. Although many features of Lanworth's site are available to anonymous users, all users must register and meet certain requirements prior to transacting business on Lanworth. By registering, users take advantage of various personalized features such as the ability to invoke unique functions and content based on one's identity. During registration, users supply information required to enable transactions, including, but not limited to, name, contact person, telephone no., business address, email address and country. Additionally, Lanworth may use the information to alert a member/user of possible business leads within its market segment, tailor the site to the member's needs and send information to the member about Lanworth, its products and services.

B.  Data contained in bids

Data concerning members' performance which is derived from bids and follow-up questionnaires may also be tracked to update a member's Quality Rating, provide feedback, provide aggregated capabilities information, etc.

C.  Quality Inspections and Credit information

Lanworth plans to gather quality information through the member's registration and the results of a Quality Assessment and generate a rating for each member. During the registration process, Lanworth may obtain Credit, Payment and other Financial information about the members from Dun & Bradstreet or alternative sources and generate a financial rating.

D.  Information Shared Among Members

As part of the bid process, a purchasing member may require certain information from the seller. This information may be communicated either through the Forest One website or directly between the prospective bidders and seller. While Lanworth expects that, in most instances, the parties interacting with one another will agree to hold certain of such information in confidence, those rights and obligations should be agreed to among the entities sharing such information.

E.  Polling/Surveys

Lanworth's website may from time to time conduct member surveys and polls. The information generated from these activities helps Lanworth become more familiar with its members' capabilities and hone its member products and services. Lanworth may, at its discretion, share aggregated information derived from these activities with Lanworth marketplace vendors and other business partners. We will not share any information about specific individuals or buying companies with any nonmember without the express permission of the parties concerned.

F.  Contests, loyalty programs, and sweepstakes

Lanworth may occasionally offer loyalty programs, contests and sweepstakes in which we request certain information. These promotions will be conducted in full accordance with all federal, state and local laws. The full rules and all information about such contests will be clearly posted during the event. Any information gathered will be used only in accordance with the posted rules and information.

G.  Usage Tracking

Lanworth tracks traffic patterns throughout its site, however, we do not correlate this information with data about individual users. Lanworth does segment overall usage statistics according to a user's domain name, browser type and MIME type by reading this information from the browser string (information contained in every user's browser).

H.  Message boards/forums

Lanworth may offer boards, chat rooms or forums, where users can enter into real-time or non-real-time conversations about a variety of topics. Any information disclosed in these areas is accessible by the public. Lanworth is not responsible for the privacy of information posted on or in these areas.

I.  Cookies

Lanworth may use "cookies" (a data file located on your hard drive) to enhance a member's on-site experience and to tailor the Lanworth offering. Lanworth uses cookies to track user traffic patterns (as described above) when you register as a Lanworth member and when you click on various links and promotions throughout the site. When you register, Lanworth uses a cookie to store your user ID. Cookies may also enable you to enter various parts of the Lanworth ember without having to log on each time, and to visit member-restricted areas of the site.

J.  Use of the information

Lanworth uses any information voluntarily given by our users to enhance their experience in our site, whether to provide interactive or personalized elements on the site or to better prepare future content based on the interests of our users. Lanworth also uses the above-described information to tailor our service to suit the needs of our users. This is essential to making our service the best it can be.

II.  Release of Customer Data and Information

Lanworth will not release, publish, sell, share or otherwise distribute customer specific information or data to third parties except in the following situations:

A.  When required by court order or otherwise mandated through a legal process;

B.  To prevent or remediate a fraudulent, misleading or deceptive practice in our marketplace;

C.  With prior customer consent;

Lanworth will compile non-specific customer data for use in preparing reports, available to third parties (including, without limitation, governmental agencies), on pricing, demand, supply, and historical trends. Also, any specific information provided to us by a customer may be used to enhance or improve that customer's use of our marketplace, through site interactivity, page personalization, content specificity and direct communication.
